Reel Story Films is based in New York City and is owned and operated by Manahi Taber-Kewene. Originally from New Zealand, Manahi has directed, produced, shot, and edited a wide array of projects for feature film, television, commercial and corporate work.

Manahi graduated from Columbia University and began his career under the guidance of Emmy Award-winning filmmaker, Larry Engel. Manahi is a member of the International Cinematographer’s Guild (IATSE Local 600), and his projects have taken place throughout the U.S., Europe, South America and Asia. He lives in Manhattan with his wife and two children.
